Fui ver a receita e BAM! era o nosso bom e velho arroz doce, com algumas adaptações. Descobri que a "morenice" é consequência da canela, que na receita vai junto do açúcar e da baunilha, quase no final do preparo - diferente do modo que nós usamos a canela, só polvilhando por cima já depois de pronto...</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br />

Depois de fervido o leite (ele vai subir bastante, use uma panela alta!), reduza o fogo e deixe o arroz cozinhar por mais ou menos 30 min. Mexa de vez em quando para não grudar no fundo. Quanto o arroz estiver cozido, retire a panela do fogo e coloque os demais ingredientes - menos as passas (se for usar). Devolva ao fogão e deixe cozinhar até que fique um creme meio durinho, com consistência de mingau. Se for servir com passas, a hora de colocá-las é agora, antes de montar os pratinhos. Coloque o arroz doce em um recipiente grande (ou divida-o em porções individuais, como eu fiz, e cubra com papel filme e deixe esfriar - se você não for fã daquela "pele" que brota em cremes). Se você curte essa pele é só não cobrir com papel filme, deixar esfriar em temperatura ambiente que ela vai brotar, hahaha. E fiz as duas ao mesmo tempo, pra poder colocar no forno no mesmo momento (e não deixar a massa descansando um tempão antes de assar). Isso foi o que me quebrou, rs. Fazer duas massas ao mesmo tempo não foi mole não... Separar os ingredientes, peneirar os ingredientes secos... Enfim. Foi tenso, mas deu certo. Como usei uma receita inteira de cada massa (chocolate/baunilha) pra fazer 2 bolos finos, e o bolo no total era composto por 3 bolos finos, o último foi feito assim: fiz meia massa de chocolate e 1/3 da massa de baunilha. Foi nessa que eu me dei um pouco mal, (como vocês podem observar pela cor da última (contando de cima pra baixo) massa de chocolate... Acabei calculando mal e foi mais chocolate que deveria, rs. Receita, não segui. Fiz assim:<br />
Usei massa pronta de lasanha sem ingredientes derivados de animais, molho de tomate caseiro, alho, cebola, orégano, manjericão, pimentão e azeitona, abobrinhas e berinjelas cortadas em fatias longitudinais, e pts moída (proteína textirizada de soja). <br />
Refoguei a cebola, o alho, o pimentão, azeitona e as ervas, juntei o molho, e depois a pts. Cozinhei na água e sal as fatias das abobrinhas e das berinjelas.<br />
Depois foi só montar a lasanha com camada de massa, depois de pts com bastante molho, depois de abobrinha e berinjela e assim fui seguindo. No final, uma camada da massa, um pouco do molho, e pronto. Quando já estava pronta, ralei a castanha do pará e coloquei por cima ;) <br />

Qualifico como negativa nao so pelos pratos sem criatividade (e um pouco sem sabor), mas tambem pelo pessimo atendimento e pela falta de clareza no cardapio. Por exemplo: Esse ultimo prato, escolhido pelo meu namorado, no cardapio dizia que acompanhava arroz. Quando o prato foi servido, perguntamos pelo dito cujo e a resposta foi que "agora o arroz e cobrado a parte". E a rapariga ainda teve a cara de pau de perguntar se queriamos pedir o arroz, cobrado a parte (mesmo constando no cardapio que ele era um dos acompanhamentos). E mole? Eu acho o seguinte: ta no cardapio que acompanha arroz, tem que vir junto, nada de "agora e cobrado separado...". Para nao estragar nossa tarde, nos estressar a toa e fazer nossa experiencia nesse restaurante pior do que ja estava sendo, deixamos o arroz pra la, terminamos de comer, pagamos e fomos embora sem deixar gorjeta para demonstrar nossa insatisfacao.</span></div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br />

E impressionante a quantidade de restaurantes veganos onde se ve que, na verdade, o restaurante devia ser um thailandes normal que ao ver o mercado vegano crescendo, migrou para esse ramo. Percebe-se isso pelo tipo de comida e pela equipe desse tipo de restaurante, composta por sua maioria de asiaticos. MARAVILHOSO. Para mim, foi um dos melhores pratos ate agora. Agora... O primeiro FYF aconteceu em 2003, e os idealizadores tinham em torno de 18 anos. Reuniram amigos, covidaram varias bandas, ofereceram estadia em suas casas, e apareceu tanta gente pra tocar que eles nao tiveram como montar um cronograma onde fosse possivel achar espaco pra todas as bandas. Os ingressos eram baratos e apareceram mais de 2.000 pessoas. No passar dos anos apesar do festival ter crescido e estar mais bem organizado, os idealizadores continuam prezando pelo faca voce mesmo, e o FYF e conhecido por aqui por ser um festival sem uma pessoa ou corporacao por tras. A Babycakes, pra quem nao conhece, e uma confeitaria vegana que faz guloseimas que, alem de totalmente livre de crueldade e glutem free, usam acucar branco em pouquissimos produtos, dando preferencia para a agave (adocante feito a partir de um cacto). Eles usam so produtos organicos. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">A idéia da criação do ciclo surgiu após um grupo de anti-vivisseccionistas terem participado de um encontro (na própria UFF) sobre experimentação animal, onde as falas foram marcadas pelo especismo e ignorância tanto dos palestrantes quanto dos participantes relativos aos temas: sofrimento animal, objeção de consciência, métodos substitutivos e outros mais. No evento, foi realizada uma intervenção do grupo, que culminou com a </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">inclusão dessa pauta no debate e com a </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">distribuição de panfletos sobre o tema. Achamos que foi muito pouco. </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Para tanto, criamos um grupo (NUDEA - Núcleo de debate sobre experimentação animal) e o primeiro debate já está marcado.
